BioSig-ID™ receives the email address from the course provider.  

To update your email, look on the course providers website/portal where you access your courses and see if there is an Account Info/Profile link where you may update this information yourself. If not, you will need to reach out to the course provider directly to update your email address.

 

 

If your course provider has the correct email address check these 2 items. 

 

1)  Is the NMLS ID in the top right corner of the BioSig-ID™ screen your personal NMLS ID?

If the ID is not your personal NMLS ID, correct the number with your course provider, log back into your course and your email address will get updated

 

2) Does the last name on file with your course provider match your last name in NMLS? 

If you use a suffix,  it is important to know how you entered it in NMLS.  If the suffix is in the suffix box in NMLS it is not considered part of your last name on NMLS and therefore should be left out of your course provider profile. 

Correct your last name with your course provider to match NMLS, log back into your course and your email address will get updated.
